Burrito Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 packs taco seasoning
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 to 2 lb hamburger meat
- 2 packs floured tortillas
- 1 pack shredded cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger meat and drain
- Then add taco seasoning and water according to package and bring to a boil
- Then add the beans
- Take shells and fill with meat and roll up
- Place rolled tortilla in a pan and make one layer of tortillas then add some juice from meat over the layer
- Make another layer of tortillas and then pour the rest of the juice over the layers
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Cook at 350 until cheese has melted
