Busy Day Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 12 c chopped celery
• 12 c uncooked rice
• 1 12 lb stew meat cut in small pieces
• 1 can tomato soup
• 3 c boiling water
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Add bit of diced onion and green pepper
2. Mix and bake about 2 hours in hot oven
