Butter Baked Chicken And Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 12 to 3 lb cut-up fryer chicken
- 12 c Pet evaporated milk
- 1 c flour
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 13 c butter or margarine
- 1 10 12 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 34 c Pet evaporated milk
- 14 c water
Directions
- Dip chicken in 12 cup evaporated milk
- Roll in mixture of flour salt and pepper
- Melt butter or margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Put chicken into pan skin side down
- Bake in 425 oven 30 minutes
- Turn chicken
