Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Parkay or butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 5 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream Parkay and sugar add eggs 1 at a time then vanilla and blend in flour
2. Bake in tube pan at 375 for 1 hour or until tests done
3. Excellent with fruit and whipped topping
