Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c butter or oleo
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 5 c 10x sugar
- 14 c plus 1 Tbsp milk
Directions
- In large

- creambutter and shortening together Add vanilla graduallyadd

- at a time beating well on medium speed
- Add milk and beat at high speed until light and
- fluffy
- Keeps very well in refrigerator with tightly covered lid for several weeks
