Butter Crisp Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c flour
- 1 c potato flakes
- 1 c coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soda
Directions
- Cream the margarine sugar and vanilla Beat in eggs Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly Shape in balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes in a 375 oven
