Butter Crisp Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c shortening
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 c oats
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix together sugars shortening eggs one at a time and vanilla
2. Add rest of ingredients
3. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
