Ingredients
- 12 c melted butter
- 23 c cracker crumbs
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 1 to 1 12 lb fish filets
Directions
- Combine crackers cheese and spices
- Dip fish in butter then cracker mixture
- Bake in Pyrex dish for 30 minutes at 350
