Butter Pecan Chess Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box butter-pecan cake mix
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix cake mix 1 egg and 1 stick butter well and spread in a greased 9 x 13 cake pan
- Then mix 1 stick butter 8 oz cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla well and pour over bottom layer
- Top with 1-2 c chopped pecan pieces Bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes
