Butter Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 14 c powdered sugar
  • 1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
  • 34 c oil
  • 1 can coconut pecan icing
  • 14 c chopped pecans
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Grease pan
  2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans in bottom of pan
  4. Combine cake mix eggs oil and water Mix for 2 minutes until smooth
  5. Add icing to batter mix well and pour into pan on top of pecans
  6. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until brown
