Butter Rum Cake
Ingredients
- 1 butter cake mix
- 3 oz box instant vanilla pudding
- 12 c salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp rum flavoring or the real thing
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 13 c water
- 12 tsp rum
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium 2 to 3 minutes
- Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan in a 350 oven about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean
- Bring margarine sugar and water to a boil
- Remove from heat
- Stir in rum
- Pour this mixture over hot cake
- Let set at least 30 minutes without removing from pan
