Buttercream Cookies

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 14 c sifted flour
Directions
- Cut in butter shortening and sugar creaming well
- Blend in almond extract and sifted flour mixing well
- Roll dough into balls using 1 level tablespoon of dough for each cookie
- Press and sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Place on ungreased baking sheets
- Bake in a 350 oven
- Cook for 8 minutes
