Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 12 stick margarine
  • 13 c flour
  • 34 c milk
  • 34 c sugar
  • vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan over low heat blend in flour Gradually stir in milk
  2. Cook stirring constantly until it thickens and comes to a boil
  3. Cool to room temperature
  4. Add vanilla 12 stick margarine and sugar
  5. Beat with mixer until creamy about 3 to 5 minutes
  6. It will be fluffy like whipped cream
