Buttercream Mints

Ingredients
- 13 c soft butter
- 13 c white syrup
- 12 tsp salt
- 3 12 c sifted powdered sugar
- food color of choice paste type
- flavor of choice peppermint orange etc
Directions
- Blend all ingredients with spoon then hands Line molds with fine sugar Press in fondant If no molds are available roll into 1 inch or 12 inch balls then flatten with fork or bottom of glass dipped in powdered sugar May make ahead and freeze
