Butterfinger Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 6 c milk
  • 3 c sugar
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 3 qt half and half
  • 12 Tbsp vanilla
  • 6 Butterfinger bars crushed

Directions

  1. Scald the milk
  2. Add sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both are thoroughly dissolved
  3. Add the cream
  4. Stir in the vanilla
  5. Cool the mixture and then pour into the cylinder of a 6-quart freezer
  6. Follow directions for your freezer as to time and so forth
  7. Makes 6 quarts
