Butterfinger Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 6 c milk
- 3 c sugar
- 34 tsp salt
- 3 qt half and half
- 12 Tbsp vanilla
- 6 Butterfinger bars crushed
Directions
- Scald the milk
- Add sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both are thoroughly dissolved
- Add the cream
- Stir in the vanilla
- Cool the mixture and then pour into the cylinder of a 6-quart freezer
- Follow directions for your freezer as to time and so forth
- Makes 6 quarts
