Buttermilk-Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c flaked coconut
- 12 c buttermilk
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish frozen pastry shell
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients pour into pastry shell
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes shielding with aluminum foil after 25 minutes
