Buttermilk-Pecan Chicken
Ingredients
- 13 c butter
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c pecans ground
- 14 c sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 c buttermilk
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 14 c coarsely chopped pecans
Directions
- Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish set aside Combine flour and next 5 ingredients
- Combine egg and buttermilk Dip chicken in egg mixture coating well
- Place chicken in baking dish turning once to coat with butter
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans
- Bake chicken at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serves 8
