Buttermilk Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 c cold water
- 12 c butter
- 12 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 12 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- nuts optional
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 13 c buttermilk
- 12 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb powdered sugar sifted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
- Mix together sugar and flour
- Boil cocoa water butter and oil mix in flour and sugar
- Add eggs
- Stir baking soda into buttermilk
- Add to batter along with nuts if desired
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
- Frost while hot
