Buttermilk Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 34 c buttermilk
- 3 12 oz flaked coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Melt margarine or butter
- While butter is melting hand beat 6 eggs
- Add the eggs to sugar then margarine
- Mix buttermilk well then coconut and vanilla flavoring
- Makes 2 pies
- Put in unbaked pie crusts and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
