Buttermilk Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 c flour
- 2 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix ingredients in order given until well blended
- Place in 2 greased and floured bread pans
- Place crumbs on top and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
