Buttermilk Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 12 c buttermilk
- 12 c catsup
- 34 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 14 c chopped onion
- 12 c prepared mustard
- 12 tsp poultry seasoning
- flour
Directions
- Mix ground beef with egg
- Add remaining ingredients except flour in order listed mix well
- Form into loaf
- Place in baking pan Rub small amount of flour on top of loaf Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until done
- Yields 6 servings
