Buttermilk Meat Loaf Ring

Ingredients
- 34 c buttermilk
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 13 c chopped onion
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 12 lb hamburger
- catsup
Directions
- Combine buttermilk bread onion egg salt and pepper
- Mix lightly just until blended
- Pack firmly into buttered ring mold Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350
- Allow to stand
- for 5 minutes
- Drain off fat
- Turn out onto serving dish and drizzle catsup over meat loaf
