Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Mix all together in order listed
2. Beat by hand
3. It wont be smooth
4. Pour on hot griddle and serve with syrup
