Buttermilk Pie 1

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 3 whole eggs
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• dash of nutmeg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• dash of salt
• unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Cream butter, sugar, flour, vanilla and nutmeg.
2. Add eggs and buttermilk, stirring until mixed.
3. Put in dash of salt, if desired.
4. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
