Buttermilk Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg peach gelatin
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 large 13 oz Cool Whip

Directions

1. Heat pineapple and juice until hot but not boiling Remove from heat and add dry gelatin Mix well Stir in buttermilk and fold in Cool Whip Place in 13 x 9 dish and refrigerate until set congealed
