Buttermilk Salad
Ingredients
- 1 15 14 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 c nonfat buttermilk
- 2 c Cool Whip
- 2 boxes sugar-free jello lemon and orange
Directions
- Heat pineapple Remove
- from heat and stir in dry jello mix Let chill 10
- to 15 minutes dont let it congeal
- Add buttermilk and Cool Whip
- Stir
- and
- pour
- in 8 x 8-inch pan Refrigerate until firm
- Cuts easily in lovely squares
- Easy 10 calories and yummy
