Buttermint Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz pkg lime jello
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 12 c miniature marshmallows
- 8 oz carton Cool Whip
- 1 pkg buttermints about 1 c coarsely crushed or chopped
Directions
- Mix together the dry jello pineapple with juice and marshmallows
- Refrigerate overnight
- Two to three hours before serving fold in buttermints and Cool Whip
- Refrigerate until serving
- Very sweet but delicious
