Buttermint Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pkg lime jello
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3 12 c miniature marshmallows
  • 8 oz carton Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg buttermints about 1 c coarsely crushed or chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together the dry jello pineapple with juice and marshmallows
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Two to three hours before serving fold in buttermints and Cool Whip
  4. Refrigerate until serving
  5. Very sweet but delicious
