Butternut Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c Crisco
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 tsp butternut flavoring
- 3 c and 3 Tbsp Swans Down flour
- 1 c whole milk
Directions
- Sift flour 4 times and set aside
- Beat the first 5 ingredients until real fluffy
- Add flour and milk in four parts blend well
- Place in large greased tube pan and bake at 325 for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes
