Butternut Squash Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 qt cooked and mashed squash
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 Tbsp grated orange rind cut up orange in squash
  • 1 c canned milk
  • 1 tsp orange flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix and pour in casserole
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done
