Butterscotch Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 34 c flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c mashed bananas
• 34 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 14 c melted butter
• 14 c milk
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch morsels

Directions

1. Sift together dry ingredients set aside
2. Combine bananas sugar eggs and butter blend well
3. Alternately blend in flour and milk
4. Stir in pecans and butterscotch morsels
5. Pour in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan
6. Sprinkle 13 cup finely chopped pecan pieces on top
7. Bake at 350 about 1 hour
8. Cool 30 minutes Makes 1 loaf
