Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
- 13 c margarine
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In medium pan melt morsels and margarine
- Stir in crumbs and nuts
- Press 12 mixture on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch dish
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Add milk egg and vanilla
- Mix well
- Pour over graham cracker mixture
- Put other 12 mixture on top
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool and cut in squares
