Butterscotch Bliss
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c flour
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 c Cool Whip
- 1 12 c powdered sugar
- 2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 c milk
- chopped nuts optional
Directions
- Melt butter stir in flour
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan Bake at 350 until lightly brown 15 to 20 minutes
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy
- After crust is cool drop mixture onto crust by spoonfuls then spread
- Combine pudding and milk
- Beat until thick
- Spread over cream cheese layer
- Top with Cool Whip and nuts
- Refrigerate
