Ingredients

  • 1 3 38 oz pkg instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling
  • 34 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 c margarine melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 c pecans chopped

Directions

  1. In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed combine pudding mix flour sugar eggs margarine vanilla baking powder and salt
  2. Beat 2 minutes
  3. Stir in pecans
  4. Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  6. Cool in pan
  7. Cut into squares
