Butterscotch BrowniesMakes 9 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 3 38 oz pkg instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling
- 34 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 13 c margarine melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c pecans chopped
Directions
- In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed combine pudding mix flour sugar eggs margarine vanilla baking powder and salt
- Beat 2 minutes
- Stir in pecans
- Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
- Cool in pan
- Cut into squares
