Butterscotch Bubble Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread thawed
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • 12 c walnuts
  • 3 oz butterscotch pudding not instant
  • 13 c brown sugar
  • 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Generously butter a 12-cup Bundt pan
  2. Sprinkle with nuts Cut partially thawed bread into 24 cubes and place in pan Sprinkle pudding sugar and cinnamon on bread
  3. Cover and let rise to double 3 to 4 hours
  4. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
  5. Let stand 30 minutes
  6. Turn out on plate lined with waxed paper
