Butterscotch Candy
Ingredients
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c corn syrup
- 13 c butter
- 1 c boiling water
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Boil the sugar corn syrup and water to the firm ball stage Add butter salt and vanilla
- Cook to soft crack stage
- Pour into oiled pan
- When partly cooled mark into squares
