Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 12 c oil
• 12 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• dash of salt
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions

1. Cream together first 6 ingredients
2. Mix together the flour soda and cream of tartar
3. Add to cream mixture with the vanilla Roll into balls
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake at 350F for a minute or two until lightly browned
6. They will be chewy
