Butterscotch Delight
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c nuts chopped
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 boxes butterscotch pudding mix
- 3 c milk
- 1 12 c coconut
Directions
- Make crust from first 3 ingredients
- Mix and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Cool well
- Mix Cool Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together
- Spread on crust
- Mix pudding and milk cook until thick
- Let cool pour over cream cheese mixture
- Toast coconut sprinkle over top and let chill
