Butterscotch Graham Squares

Ingredients

• 12 graham crackers
• 12 c butter
• 12 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Break each graham cracker in half Place close together on a 17 14 x 11 x 1-inch nonstick cookie pan with side on it
3. Place butter and brown sugar in a glass measuring cup
4. Cover loosely with plastic wrap
5. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted
6. Remove from microwave
7. Stir
8. Let cool at room temperature 2 minutes
9. Add pecans mix well
10. Put a teaspoonful on each cracker
11. Bake 7 minutes
12. When cool remove and store
