Butterscotch Graham Squares
Ingredients
- 12 graham crackers
- 12 c butter
- 12 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Break each graham cracker in half Place close together on a 17 14 x 11 x 1-inch nonstick cookie pan with side on it
- Place butter and brown sugar in a glass measuring cup
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap
- Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted
- Remove from microwave
- Stir
- Let cool at room temperature 2 minutes
- Add pecans mix well
- Put a teaspoonful on each cracker
- Bake 7 minutes
- When cool remove and store
