Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour all-purpose
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 2 c instant oats
• 1 c shortening
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c white sugar
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Sift together flour soda salt and cinnamon set aside Cream shortening and sugars add eggs and beat Add flour mixture and oats Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake at 325 for 15 minutes
