Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients
- 34 c brown sugar
- 14 c white sugar
- 12 stick butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 c milk
- 3 heaping Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In heavy skillet brown the brown sugar white sugar and butter
- Mix together and brown
- In separate bowl mix egg yolks milk and flour
- Add milk gradually until smooth
- Add mixture to sugar and butter in skillet
- Stir until smooth and thick
- Add vanilla
- Pour in baked pie shell
- Use egg whites for meringue
