Butterscotch Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Snackin cake mix
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 13 c water
- 14 c orange juice
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 12 c water hot
- 13 c melted margarine
Directions
- Blend cake mix egg and 13 cup water in square pan 8 x 8-inch
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Mix remaining ingredients and gradually pour over brown sugar
- Bake until cake springs back 35 to 40 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes
- Spoon into dessert dishes
- Serve warm whipped cream optional
