Butterscotch Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Snackin cake mix
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 13 c water
  • 14 c orange juice
  • 34 c brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 c water hot
  • 13 c melted margarine

Directions

  1. Blend cake mix egg and 13 cup water in square pan 8 x 8-inch
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and gradually pour over brown sugar
  4. Bake until cake springs back 35 to 40 minutes
  5. Cool 10 minutes
  6. Spoon into dessert dishes
  7. Serve warm whipped cream optional
