Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 c butter
- 12 c cream
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat stirring to soft ball 234
- Then stir in an additional 12 cup cream
- Cook to thick smooth consistency 228
- Remove from heat
- Stir in 12 teaspoon vanilla
- Serve hot or cold Makes 2 cups
