Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 c light brown sugar
• 13 c melted butter
• 13 c heavy cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Boil 5 minutes do not stir
3. Beat 30 seconds
4. Serve hot
