Butterscotch SurpriseCandy

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
- 12 c chunky peanut butter
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 1 12 oz can shoestring potatoes
Directions
- Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler Stir in nuts and shoestring potatoes Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper
- Cool for several hours in the refrigerator
- Yields 2 or 3 dozen
