Butterscotch Torte

Ingredients

• 6 egg yolks well beaten
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1 12 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 c rolled graham crackers
• 6 egg whites beaten stiff
• 1 c chopped nuts if desired

Directions

1. Combine egg yolks vanilla almond extract sugar salt and baking

3. Mix wellAdd graham crackers
4. Fold in egg whites
5. Add
6. chopped
7. nuts
8. Bakeat
9. 350
10. for 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 13-inch greased pan
