Buttery Toasted Rye Loaf

Ingredients

  • 13 c margarine
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 14 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1 lb round or oblong loaf rye bread unsliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients except bread mix well
  3. Slice loaf into 12-inch slices cutting but not through bottom of loaf
  4. Spread one side of each slice with margarine mixture
  5. Wrap in foil bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
