Cabbage And Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg wide noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large head cabbage
- 3 Tbsp butter
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Chop cabbage fine
- Add salt
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes then squeeze liquid out
- Cook noodles in salted water
- Drain and rinse in cold water
- In a large skillet saute cabbage in butter until golden and transparent
- Add pepper
- Stir in drained noodles warm and serve
