Cabbage And Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage cut up
- 1 large onion chopped
- 14 to 12 c margarine
- 14 oz boiling water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt pepper and garlic salt
- 12 pkg or more 14 inch wide egg noodles cooked
Directions
- Fry cabbage and onion together with soft margarine until vegetables are soft
- Pour boiling water on bouillon cubes
- Let set until dissolved
- Then pour over cabbage and onion
- Add salt pepper and garlic salt
- Simmer until really soft
- Cook noodles drain and stir noodles together with onion and cabbage
- Add more garlic salt and margarine to taste
