Cabbage And Rice Jambalaya In Rice Cooker

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage chopped
- 12 lb lean ground beef browned and drained
- 12 lb sausage browned and drained
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 12 c chopped onions
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 12 c raw rice
- 1 12 c water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and cook in large rice cooker
- Let stand about 15 minutes after bell rings
