Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage chopped
  • 12 lb lean ground beef browned and drained
  • 12 lb sausage browned and drained
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 12 c chopped green pepper
  • 12 c chopped celery
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 12 c raw rice
  • 1 12 c water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and cook in large rice cooker
  2. Let stand about 15 minutes after bell rings
