Cabbage And Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 head cabbage
• fresh link sausage
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Fry sausage and set aside
2. Steam cabbage with small amount of water for about 5 minutes
3. Add sausage and small amount of sausage grease 1 tablespoon
4. Add salt and pepper to taste Simmer until cabbage is tender
