Cabbage BeefLow-Fat

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 12 medium cabbage head
- 1 can chili beans or kidney beans
- 1 qt tomato juice
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- dash of garlic powder
Directions
- Cook ground beef and drain well in colander
- Spray hot water over beef to get all fat off
- Combine cabbage beans and tomato juice and add salt pepper and chili powder to taste
- Simmer until cabbage is well done
