Cabbage Goulash

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes chopped with liquid reserved
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 c shredded cabbage
Directions
- In a large kettle brown sausage beef and onion
- Drain off any fat
- Add remaining ingredients except cabbage mix well Stir in cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender
- Serves 8
