Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c chopped onions
- 14 c chopped celery
- 14 c chopped bell pepper
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- salt
- black pepper
- red pepper
- 1 c raw rice
Directions
- Clean cabbage and wilt in warm water
- Mix all ingredients except some of the sauce
- Roll mixture into cabbage leaf tightly Put in a pan
- Pour remaining tomato sauce
- Cover with foil Bake for about 1 hour at 350
